On 07 May 2009 Cadet 2nd Lt Kevin Gravenor assumed command
of the Wicomico Composite Squadron's cadets from C/Capt Jake Terlizzi with Maj Kenneth Thom, Squadron Commander, participating.
C/Lt Gravenor, a long time CAP member and a graduate of Parkside High School, brings extensive experience and leadership
to the position. Squadron awards were subsequently presented with all members in formation.

Certificates were awarded to the squadron rocketry team for their hard work in preparing for the
upcoming Team America Rocketry Challenge to be held in The Plains, VA. Pictured are (left to right back row) Cadets
