The Wicomico Composite Squadron extended an invitation to the Easton Composite Squadron to join them for a C-130H2 Hercules Orientation Ride.  This flight was provided by the Delaware Air National Guard (DANG) who regularly conducts training landings/takeoffs at the Salisbury-Wicomico-Ocean City Airport.  1st Lt Robert Bryant, Wicomico Aerospace Education Officer, was the Project Leader and coordinated this event with Capt Christopher Strickler, of the DANG.

After a pre-flight briefing from the DANG personnel, twenty-two cadets and seven officers experienced a one hour flight.  During this time each person was given the opportunity to visit the flight deck, hear the cockpit transmissions and view both the aircraft interior and outside using Night Vision Goggles (NVG).  Following the flight a demonstration and explanation was provided to everyone by Capt Strickler on the technology and use of NVG.
