A "Four Chaplains" Memorial Ceremony was held at St. Paul's Episcopal
Church in Hebron, MD on 01 February 2009. It was conducted by the Wicomico American Legion Post 64 as their annual tribute
to the four chaplains of different faith communities who lost their lives on 02 February 1943 during the sinking of the U.
S. A. T. Dorchester. (Click here for the full story.)
Cadets Zachary Jones, Cody Meadows, Jessica Moore and Ryan Murray represented
the Wicomico Composite Squadron. They assisted with the event's logistical needs and each cadet lit a candle for the
individual chaplain as his name and biography was read.
